65 FOTOGRAFÍA L F Fashion and creativity are intrinsically interwoven and, with that in mind, stories of people with a passion, like that of Marisol, are always an inspiration. Marisol Martín, known in Sotogrande as “Marisol from Itsomi”, stands out thanks to her distinctive style and her eye for staying one step ahead of the trends. She is the owner of the Itsomi boutique in the Marina and collaborates in our “Ke Style” section. However, her true passion comes to light though the lens of her camera. With the travel bug and an insatiable thirst for snapping eyes, landscapes and images, Marisol ventures around the whole world capturing the essence of life through the faces, lights and colours she comes across on her journeys. Photography has opened doors for her to places that she would never visit as a mere holiday destination. The origin, beliefs or social status of the subjects of her photography matter little to her. For her, in front of her camera, we are all human beings. Capturing a shot of a smile is what really fills her with happiness. Marisol immersed herself in photography training in the UFCA, rounding off her studies with several specialised courses, with the firm intention of fulfilling her dream: to undertake a photography trip to every corner of India. This wish became a reality that opened the door to more adventures in places such as Vietnam and Cambodia, amongst others. La moda y la creatividad están intrínsecamente entrelazadas y, en este contexto, historias de personas apasionadas como la de Marisol resultan siempre inspiradoras. Marisol Martín, conocida en Sotogrande como "Marisol de Itsomi”, destaca por su estilo y ojo para adelantarse a las tendencias. Es propietaria de la boutique Itsomi en La Marina y, además, colabora en nuestra sección "Ke Estilo". Sin embargo, su verdadera pasión se desvela a través de la lente de su cámara. Con un espíritu viajero y con una sed insaciable por fotografiar miradas, paisajes e imágenes, Marisol se aventura a viajar por todo el mundo, capturando la esencia de la vida a través de las caras, luces y colores que encuentra en su camino. La fotografía le abre puertas hacia lugares que nunca iría solo por hacer turismo. No toma en consideración el origen, creencias o estatus social de aquellos a quienes fotografía. Para ella, frente a su cámara, todos somos seres humanos. Capturar una sonrisa es lo que realmente la llena de felicidad. Marisol se sumergió en su formación fotográfica en la UFCA, complementando su aprendizaje con varios cursos especializados, con el firme propósito de materializar su sueño: emprender un viaje fotográfico por toda la India. Este anhelo se convirtió en una realidad que abrió las puertas a más aventuras visuales que la llevaron a destinos como Vietnam y Camboya, entre otros.
