Salvaxe nace donde la historia dejó una profunda huella: en los viejos viñedos de Gomariz, plantados tras la filoxera y poblados por la antigua mezcla varietal de O Ribeiro. Allí, entre tradición y agricultura ecológica el viñedo crece libre, sin ataduras. Un vino con carácter, con la concentración de la fruta y una mineralidad vibrante. La imagen del zarpazo de una fiera resume su espíritu: un vino indómito, atrapado para que pueda vivir salvaje dentro de la botella. BÉRÊCHE & FILS BRUT RESERVE SALVAXE Ramiro Ibáñez es un enólogo y viticultor de Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Cádiz, especializado en vinos del Marco de Jerez. Tras formarse en enología y trabajar en diferentes bodegas, regresó a su tierra para impulsar un proyecto propio centrado en recuperar la tradición vitícola local, las variedades autóctonas y los suelos de albariza típicos de la región.
