En ARK, el diseño se convierte en tecnología. VIDA Y SENSE: DOS OBRAS QUE EJEMPLIFICAN ESTA FILOSOFÍA Villa VIDA representa uno de los hitos de la arquitectura bioclimática del estudio. Concebida como una vivienda que se vive casi como un jardín habitable, VIDA propone una experiencia donde la luz, el aire y la naturaleza envuelven cada espacio. Su diseño integra patios, pasos de agua y estrategias pasivas que permiten que la casa respire, convirtiéndose en un refugio saludable y profundamente conectado con su entorno. Villa SENSE, uno de los proyectos más recientes, lleva esta filosofía un paso más allá. Nace directamente de la lectura del paisaje: de caminar la parcela, escucharla y detectar cómo se orientan de forma natural la mirada y el cuerpo. “El lugar siempre tiene la respuesta”, explica Manuel Ruiz Moriche. SENSE se concibe desde esa observación atenta: las decisiones de diseño surgen de la topografía, la luz, las orientaciones y los flujos naturales del terreno. El resultado es una arquitectura que no se impone, sino que emerge del lugar con absoluta coherencia. VIDA AND SENSE: TWO PROJECTS THAT EXEMPLIFY THIS PHILOSOPHY Villa VIDA represents one of the studio’s landmark designs in bioclimatic architecture. With the idea that the home is almost like a live-in garden, VIDA offers an experience where light, air and nature embrace every space. The design comprises courtyards, water features and passive strategies that allow the house to breathe, making it a healthy haven with strong connections to its surroundings. Villa SENSE, one of the most recent projects, takes this philosophy a step further. It springs from reading the landscape itself: from walking around the plot, listening to it and detecting the natural orientation of one's gaze and body. “The place always provides the answer”, explains Manuel Ruiz Moriche. SENSE stems from keen observation: the design choices arise from the topography, the light, the layouts and the landscape’s natural flow. The result is architecture that is not imposing, but rather emerges from the place in a thoroughly coherent manner. Both projects share a common theme: ARK architecture is conceived from life and for life.
