Ubicado en la ladera del Cerrado Calderón, el proyecto aprovecha la topografíapara escalonar volúmenes quegarantizanprivacidad y vistas al mar. “Buscamos pureza en las líneas, materiales nobles y una paleta neutra que transmita calma”, dice Fernández del Vallado. Con soluciones como aerotermia, ventilación cruzada y cubiertas vegetales, Las Esclavas prioriza el confort bioclimático, redefiniendo el lujo como bienestar cotidiano. UNA VISIÓN QUE SOBREPASA FRONTERAS Fuera de España, el estudio lleva esta filosofía a contextos extremos o culturalmente distintos, como Twilight Apartments en New Giza, Egipto, un conjunto residencial de lujo que ofrece unas increíbles vistas al Valle del Nilo y a las Pirámides de Giza. También han firmado allí el proyecto New Kairo, un desarrollo urbano que se extiende por 352 hectáreas y que articula un diálogo único entre arquitectura y paisaje. En India, destaca Splendour Country, cerca de Pune, un vecindario de uso mixto de 293 hectáreas con viviendas, hotel, oficinas, colegio, club deportivo. Pero sin duda uno de los proyectos más singulares que lleva su firma se encuentra en Abu Dhabi: una villa recogida entre las dunas del desierto que actúa como un oasis contemporáneo, generando, a través de plataformas inclinadas las condiciones de sombra, agua y vegetación, que redefinen lamanera de habitar en un entorno extremo. “Cada proyecto nace de una lectura profunda del lugar: su clima, topografía y cultura”, afirma López Chicheri. They are also responsible for the New Kairo project, a town planning development that covers over 352 hectares and that establishes a dialogue between the architecture and the landscape. Splendour Country, near Pune in India is a 293-hectare mixed-use neighbourhood with homes, a hotel, offices, a school and sports facilities. However, one of the most unique projects signed by the company is, without doubt, in Abu Dhabi: a villa nestling among the desert dunes that acts as a contemporary oasis. It uses leaning platforms to generate conditions of shade, water and vegetation that redefine the way to live in extreme settings. “Each project stems from an in-depth analysis of the place: the climate, topography and cultures,” says López Chicheri.
